LiDAR 3D Laser Scanning
Three-dimensional scanning of pre-existing operational or static structures including facilities, process plants, building structures, and even project site civil layouts for future construction projects. LiDAR 3D scanners are capable of specific detail and remarkable accuracy. All components scanned are projected into a point cloud -- a dimensionally precise, digital copy of the structure. This digital rendering can then be augmented as per client’s specifications.

These models are then broken out into fabrication drawings to be used as a template for the construction and manufacturing of these components.

Structural design software with intelligent parametric structural elements, steel connections, and automatic tools for miscellaneous steelwork. This software will enable engineering of structural components quickly and accurately. The general arrangement drawings produce a clear concept of project parameters while easily breaking out into shop drawings for efficient and accurate fabrication. This database also integrates fluidly with our workshop plasma cutting machine for quick and efficient cutting of all dimensional requirements.
TEKLA
An advanced structural BIM software, lets us create, combine, manage and share multi-material 3D models. This information management system models all structural data to build and maintain any type of structure. This data also fully integrates with our digital constructions tools and fabrication machinery for smoother workflows.
